When does this happen, all the time / after a certain moment?
What version of VMware Fusion 8 are you using?
What guest does it happen with?
What Macbook Pro retina do you have (year / memory / CPU / GPU)?
What is your host OS?
Can you upload a vmware.log of the guest where it happens?
