I think it would be an excellent addition to add additional maintenance mode options such as VSAN migration etc.
This would make it so if you are shutting down a VSAN cluster with vcenter on it you do not need to enter the following at the ESXi shell.
esxcli system maintenanceMode set -e true -m noAction

This simple addition would make all simple management of VSAN accessible from a GUI.
