Need to provide a demo, what is best/most stable version of Horizon to showcase Win10 virtual desktops

Hello,

  Hopefully the title says it all.  We have the need to stand up a test environment that will showcase a Windows 10 virtual desktop. I'd like to get recommendations on which version of Horizon would be the best and most stable to use.

We won't be using GPU acceleration in this demo.

Thank you

I have deployed Windows 10 Ent v1511 with the following;

vSphere 6.0.2

Horizon 7.0.2

UEM 9.0

App Volumes 2.11

You leverage these versions for your demo, you should have no issues.

If this is a new install, why not install the latest version? Any version after 6.2.0 would work for your demo, just make sure your ESX hosts are updated to support Windows 10.

We'll load ESXi 6.* and use Horizon 7.0.2 the way it looks now. I just thought someone might have a difference of opinion based on their experience. Like perhaps a newer version actually had bugs or unwanted features that an older version didn't have. It's always good to ask because using the latest and greatest is not always the best bet.

Thanks.
