I am currently building up a very robust network for new military recruits that are wanting to work in our field. I currently have 8 host with 14 different domains that allow the bare minimum for a network, e.g. DC and Exchange. I have manually input all of the kernels and VLAN IDs on each of the host with information for EVERY domain. That took quite awhile for 8 different hosts..... We recently have acquired another 12 hosts and we will be setting up another 12 domains. I really do not want to first add all of those kernels and VLANS to the old hosts and I really really do not want to add all of that to the other 12 hosts. My question would be, is there a way to propagate all of the vSwitch information to another host or am I going to be typing for the next week?
Have you looked into using a Distributed Virtual Switch instead of a Standard vSwitch?
