For me it doesn't work great.

For auto-resize of windows (auto-fitting) I have to disable wayland!

Fedora 25

Fusion 8.5.3

OS X 10.12.2

Did someone else tried to manage it, to run wayland without any issues?

Don't want to deactivate wayland...

Doesn't work well for me. Not only does it fail to adjust to physical screen size; I can't even manually adjust it to the correct resolution as Fedora is not offering me the right resolutions.

I would imagine VMware Tools (or, more likely, open-vm-tools) would need to be updated with explicit Wayland support before this will work well.
