vCAC 6.1 - removing a greyed out storage cluster from a reservation

I have a storage cluster assigned to a reservation.  The storage cluster no longer exists in vCenter, and there are no VMs assigned to it in vCAC.  It's not selected to receive any VMs, but is greyed out and cannot be removed via the GUI.

How does one go about removing this?

I'm curious, if you create a new Reservation does it still show? Not because it's the fix, but because it will show where it needs to be removed from.
