I use my mac mostly to run vmware to do all my work in linux VMs. i have mac and windows VMs too, but i rarely use them. its all linux. unity is overkill when you dont need drag and drop or network manager.
Which desktops have you used that support resizing and auto pointer (un)capture? or which just work well with VMs for whatever other reasons?
