Does exist any free antivirus for download it

and examples scenarios

You can download an evaluation version of McAfee MOVE.  It will require the installation of an ePO server, but you can get an evaluation of that product as well.  The setup documentation is pretty clear, if you are unfamiliar with the products.  Although, it's only a short-term solution.
