Guest dull but no CPU activity indicated

My guest feels dull but i can't see any activity in the performance view of taskmanager.

In the detail view of processes, one is on 3 %.

I am not sure if i can rely on these indicators. I am not able to

figure out what process within the guest is making th VM so dull.

Outside of guest the detail view of processes shows a virtual machine at ~20%.

How to find out whats going on ? Any idea appreciated.

i checked for Hyper V installed in my guest which was the case.

After uninstalling, CPU indicator started working again.
