Cannot connect to one or more vCenter servers - vCenter 6.0 appliance

Hi all,

I am getting the above error when I connect to vcenter web client in my primary site. I have an external PSC and a vCenter appliance at the primary site and just deployed another external PSC appliance and a vCenter appliance at our secondary site. Both PSC's are in the same PSC domain but separate sites. The vCenter appliances at each site connect to their respective PSC.

If I connect to the web client for the secondary site then I dont get any errors. I can access both vCenter servers. The error is only from connecting to primary site vCenter web client.

What is the error?

Did you check the web browser for certificate errors from each vCenter? from each PSC?

Did you check the Time Source and Time Zones?

Time sync is very important when you have multi-site setups?

Site A:

NTP source

vCenter time/timezone

PSC Time/timezone

Site B:

NTP source

vCenter time/timezone

PSC Time/timezone

Yes the time source and time zones are correct. Even deployed a second PSC to the primary site and moved the VC in primary site to it. Still getting errors. Case has been escalated with VMware
