Virtual Volumes support with SRM?

Does anyone know if Virtual Volumes works with SRM?   I heard earlier today from our reps that it does with ESXi 6.0 update 2, but HCL says no.  I have had the HCL be wrong in the past, so I don't know what is right.  I plan on doing an upgrade to the latest ESXi, SRM, VCenter.

SRM is not currently supported with VVOLs. That hopefully will change in the future.

vSphere Replication is supported for replicating VMs located on VVOLs if that helps.

vSphere Replication for replicating VMs is what I will be doing,  I just haven't seen a document.  Thanks.
