Failed to receive email notifications

I configured outbound email server with my gmail id and it looks fine. But I am not able to get any notifications to my mail id. I am getting this below error in event log of vra console. Please help.

Failed to send notification [Notification [id=721b0a87-3414-42db-b2f2-acec0f04b566, notificationScenarioId=csp.catalog.notifications.subtenantmanager.request.rejected, recipients=[Principal [id=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx, type=USER]], content=com.vmware.vcac.notification.domain.FormsNotificationContent@6b0c6fe6, serviceId=null, tenantName=xxxxxx-DEMO]] to recipient [xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx] with name [xxxxxxxxx] in tenant [xxxxxxx-DEMO] because no email address was defined.

It's looking up the email attribute of the AD account and not finding it. Can you confirm that the user in question has an email address defined in AD?

Are you able to get the email notification now ?

Can you please let me know what type of email events you would like to get ? Is that related to automatic IAAS email notification.
