i want to install vSphere Optimization Assessment but i cant download web site. i am a custumer not a partner . it is just for partner ?

maybe try to download it from here:
vSphere Optimization Assessment Enhanced Evaluation
It's on the regular VMware website, once logged in you should be able to download it (I'm logged in as a partner though so please give it a try and let me / us know if it worked).
