vm disk report

i have 500 vm and some vm has 1 hard disk some vm has 5 disks. now i want to create custom report but i cant find it. I want to do is the following. please can you share step by step how to create

vm name      hard disk1      hard disk2     hard disk3     hard disk3

vm1               100gb               200gb          50gb               150gb

What version are you running? If standard, then unfortunately you cannot customize reports or dashboards:
