esxi 5.5 crashing daily

My box has been crashing daily and I still can't figure out why. I've updated BIOS, lsi 9261-8i firmware, esxi vib for lsi card. I'm currently running memtest to check if it's bad memory. What could be the problem here?

Hi,

well the psod shows cpu problems/errors (could be of course caused by ram) - so you have to test the ram and cpu hard.

I have and figured it was either cpu or memory having issues. I checked event logs for the motherboard and it seems that one of my RAM sticks is bad. ECC was uncorrectable so system crashes. I'll be replacing it so hopefully that will fix the issue.
