Host CPU GHz consumed is higher than GHz available

Hi,

I have a Linux server with two Intel Xeon ES-2660 V2 @2.20GHz processors.

This processor has 10 cores and 20 threads.

On this server I have 2 VM's.

In the "Resource Allocation" tab I can see that one of the VM's is Consuming 25GHz and the other 27GHz.

Question:

This total's with 52GHz consumes, I only have 44GHz on the server.

How is that possible?

Hi,

...remeber the virtualisation shares ressources...

that means not both at the same time.

Check the config of vms - maybe to much cpus there?
