Tool/software to replicate VM Disk from one host to another host automatically

Hi All

I am trying to find a tool which facilitates the automatic replication from one VM disk to another disk.  I am using VSphere 5.5.

which vSphere edition that you are using, vSphere 5.5 Essentials Plus or higher are entitled to use vSphere Replication.

also try to explore third party tools like VEEAM backup and Replication tool etc...
