Hi
Bootbank issues are not good. Most of the times and there is really issues in the boot bank is easy to rebuild the ESXi than fix the issue. Or at least run the ESXi and reverting to a previous version during boot.
Reverting: https://kb.vmware.com/kb/1033604
But you need to provide more details so that we can check what can be done.
Does ESXi boots normally?? Do you see any issues?? Or error messages?
Does it boot from a Flashcard, USB or even from SAN??
If you look at the ESXi logs you see any error messages regarding bootbank or partitions?
Provide this display: In the ESXi console do:
#~] stat -f /
#~] df -h
#~] partedUtil showGuids
