update manager not connecting to database and timeout error 443

Hi All,

During maintenance activity, we had to reboot vCenter server 5.1, and after rebooting we see the below error, we did try couple of resolutions from the VMware KB articles and found the issue still persists..

update manager not connecting to database and timeout error 443..

Enabling the Update Manager plug-in fails with the error: database unavailable or has network problems


Anyone Please let us what can be done further to avoid the error

Did you try this  https://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=10152...

Also try VMware update manager setting to gets db connection and check dsn setting.
