VCOPS 6 Routing issue

I have VCOPS deployed and it can talk with the vCenter system but is not reachable outside its own subnet or by other devices in its subnet, only vCenter server itself.  Would be ideal to get this opened up.  I have checked the IP configuration and it is correct and using exactly what vCenter is using for subnet mask and default gateway.

Did you check to ensure the vR Ops node is on the proper network port group(s) ? You don't have any custom ACLs or networking boundaries in place, do you? Can the vR Ops node ping the default gateway from the command line? You didn't modify the vApp's hardware, did you, such as adding+modifying the network adapters?
