I too am interested to know if there is any way to see all users and groups that have a given vRA role -- for example, the "Catalog Administrator" role.

I know how to go from user or group to roles -- that is, how to log in to vRA 7.1 and go to Administration > Users & Groups > Directory Users and Groups, search for a given user or group, and check if they have a given role.

But I am interested to go from role to users and groups.

RanjnaAggarwal‌: I am able to access the link above -- it takes me to a page on the grantorchard.com website titled "VIEWING ALL USERS WITH A GIVEN ROLE." It's a short page. I hope GrantOrchardVMware‌ won't mind if I copy its text here for you and others who may have problems viewing it:

VIEWING ALL USERS WITH A GIVEN ROLE

Have you ever wondered who is assigned a particular role? Yeah, me too – all the freaking time.

I took a look at this problem tonight for a colleague, and found that there is a way to do this (albeit not through the UI).
Enter yet another Postman collection!

For this, we will first authenticate as a tenant admin.
We then submit a request to bring back the system roles for a given tenant. The list of possible roles is below, take your pick. If you’re having trouble remembering who can do what, you can refresh your memory here.

Application Architect: COMPOSITION_SERVICE_APPLICATION_ARCHITECT
Approval Administrator: CSP_APPROVAL_ADMIN
Catalog Administrator: CATALOG_SERVICE_CATALOG_ADMIN
Infrastructure Architect: COMPOSITION_SERVICE_INFRASTRUCTURE_ARCHITECT
Service Architect: DESIGNER_SERVICE_ARCHITECT
Software Architect: SOFTWARE_SERVICE_SOFTWARE_ARCHITECT
Tenant Administrator: CSP_TENANT_ADMIN

The postman collection is available on Github. Hope that helps!

Thank newatlantis, this seems not an easy option to find out this detail.

It's not part of the UI, but it's the only way to do this at present.
