Hello. I've been trying to run the VMware fusion migration assistant on my Mac and every time I enter the passcode from my PC and I log into that account I get the error:

UAC is set to "never notify" on my PC. Firewall is disabled. It is a Mac so I can't "run as administrator".

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is your account on the PC the administrator account?
