If VMware coaching is equal VMware official classroom course, it depends... if you need a VCP certification level, you will need to attend the course, for VCA certification there is not course requirement.

Anyway, there is a path in VCP-NV that you don't need a course if you hold CCNA/CCNP/CCIE Cisco certification.

No sure if I understood you but you will need a VMware account to be able to take the exam. And the exam can be taken before you attend the official course, but you will only get certified after you finish the course.

I assume you are asking about VCP level certifications.

There's nothing to stop you taking the exams before attending training, but you won't be awarded the VCP certification til you've also met the training requirement.

The only exception to this is the VCP6-NV, there is no training requirement at all for the holders of certain Cisco certifications.
