Remove orphaned replication

I have deleted a VM from the outgoing site without stopping replication first.

The VM did disappear from the outgoing replication view, but when I go to the destination vCenter and its incoming view, it still shows the VM in question with an Error. I tried to stop the replication there, even forced it, but the VM still remains there.

Any way to force the removal and its files ?
