    What is your support policy for the Horizon Air Helpdesk Portal?

      The Horizon Air Helpdesk Portal is a tech preview add-on portal available to Horizon Air customers.  

      The portal contains a number of non-production experimental features such as console access, VM health check, usage reporting, and Windows Remote Assistance launcher.

      Usage of the portal is subject to our Beta terms of use and no formal support is provided for the portal.

       

      Fixes and enhancements to the Horizon Air Helpdesk portal are done on a best effort basis without any commitment or timeline.

      If you encounter a problem using the portal, please let us know so that our team can take a look.
