Force Removing vSphere Replication

Hi,

Our end user no longer requires vSphere replication as they have now moved over to Zerto replication.

We had an issue where, we had forgotten the password for both DR and Primary appliance.

We was able to reset the password on the DR replication appliance, but it still does not work on the primary replication appliance, using the article below:

https://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=20620...

Is there any alternative method of removing the appliance without having to unregister the appliance? A way of force removing the appliance?

Thanks,

When removing the appliance, it asks for the password. We have reset the password from both DR and Production site, we log into the DR site successfully, however we are unable to log into to the production site to remove the appliance.

Any ideas?

Are you saying that the method mentioned in the link I posted asks for credentials other than those for vCenter Server itself (e.g. administrator@vsphere.local)?
