Multi-NIC vMotion works perfectly and can easily saturate all uplinks. IMO there's no reason for teaming/channeling.

That's actually the answer to your question "Mulitple-NIC or LCAP(LAG and Active Mode ) for VMotion ?", i.e. use Multi-NIC vMotion rather than LACP.
