Best practice to use Windows in VDI enviroment

Hi All, i'm new in this community, so i hope to write my question on the right place.

In my company we have an VDI Enviroment, our support say us to disconnect windows without restart it, but i see that after some days windows become more slowly, so when in restart it, it works more fine.

I looking for some documents about this question or a best practice, but i didn0t find any answer...

Hi,

End users should restart their machines once a day. It's not a strict rule but the best practice of all sysadmins

You can configure the length of users session.  And after the end of session it will be disconnected and virtual machine will be shut down or restarted.
