Upgrade of vmware tools fails from 9.10.5-1 to 10.0.5

Hi,

I am trying to upgrade vmware tools on centos but installation fails because of dependecy resolution issue.

Setup1:

OS : CentOS 6.5

VMWare tools installed : 9.4.0

Trying to upgrade VMWare tools to : 10.0.5

Got Following error:
