VMware player conflict with VMware tools on guest system

I am running VMware Player 12 on the host. If I install VMware player 7 on the guest it conflicts with VMware tools on the guest and show "vmci.sys incorrect version" error. I can't install VMware 12 on the guest because it is 32 bit operation system. What should I do? Is the only option to not use VMware tools on guest?

The problem is not caused by nested virtualization though. This guest is running from physical partition and I can't run VMware even if I boot from it just because it has VMware tools installed on it. The problem that both VMware Player and VMware tools have driver with the same name. The one of those should be renamed. May be it can be moved somewhere as a temporal solution?
