L‌ast chance could be a VM restart... before that could you restart VMware tools?

Tried to restart the VM and VMtools service many times, no luck. All the Win2000 VM can not show IP/DNS information.

YES, vmware tools 5.5 works well. But why this happens ?

And if i use vmware tools 5.5, will it impact some function ? For example, VM snapshot and VM backup?

I guess it is a bug. I use ESXI 6.0 U1a+vCenter 6.0 U1。
