First question, my understanding is, if you are VSPP or vCloud Air service provider, and using Chargeback manager, future upgrade path is to switch to vRealize Business Standard. Is this correct?
Second, if above is true, is there an upgrade process from Chargeback manager to vRealize or do I just start running vRealize in parallel and start billing out of vRealize when it has collected enough data through the billing cycle?
I was told it was not an exact replacement no upgrade path. I was able to use ITBM standard because we were using ITBM in the cloud and had owned charge back that was discontinued.
