ESXi 5.5 VM CPU contstant 100 % utilization

HI All,

I know its a known issue.. i observed many of the VMs in the cluster are running with contstant 100% cpu utilization but not same with other Vms in the cluster.

I tried below steps.
1. Moved the VM to other host.

2. Moved the VM storage to other datastore.

3.Rebooted the VM.

still same 100% CPU usage there. Not sure what could be the possibility of CPU usage. i Checked the host and the cluster have enough CPU capacity.

If you got the VM administrtive authorization, what about OS monitoring (perf or top/htop)?

Unfortunately i dont have admin access on the client VMs.

Ok... in my experience VM goes in a 100% of CPU process for these reasons:

- Not enaught vCPU/vCore

- Malware insight

- Bad OS usage (script or app)

What's about VMWare tools status for these VMs? Please could you provide other performance data (CPU latency etc)?
