ESXi 6.0 and WinSvr2012R2 not start with NIC e1000

Hi,

I have ESXi 6.0 from ISO for HP Servers. I created VM in ver.7 and I installed OS MS WinSvr2012R2Std ROK(HP DL320e Gen8) . Firstly I didn't added NIC(E1000) because system stopped on 64% when Personalizing devices. When I removed NIC from VM,  system was install correctly.

After system started up I added NIC in VM settings and then everything looks good (IP address assigned) but when I restart VM system goes only for loading windows like below.

I installed also VMTools

Any ideas how resolve this problem? I will be grateful.

Please consider using vmxnet3 instead of e1000 and see if that helps.

npadmani, thank you. when I change on vmxnet3, the system starts correctly.
