we have some servers will stuck at shutting down. the server was reboot by windows task scheduler. It's not every time Stuck at Shutting Down. Guest OS: Windows server 2008. How to fix this problem?
This is most likely an OS problem and not VMware related. What do your Windows event logs shows? Perhaps a service is hung which is causing the shutdown to stall.
