Hi, my client uses Office 365 as their email server and I know Vcenter doesn't support it.
So i configured Vcenter to send email to my IIS server on Windows 2012 R2 with the good email address.
But when it sends the email, IIS sends it to bad folder with the error, Unable to deliver message because the follow error was encountered : This message is a delivery status notification that cannot be delivered"
The error code was 0xC00402C7
The message sender was < >
The message was indeded for root@server.vsphere.local
The issue is that I have never noted root@server.vsphere.local anywhere, my sender address is address@domain.com
Also if I send an email from my printer with the same address it works np
Anyone can help?
