HI everyone, I have 2 clusters and 50 hosts. I wanna to cr8 Distributed Switch. Please guide me as i am not confident.

By default wen i cr8 db switch it is 4 uplinks. does it mean 4 uplinks per esxi hosts.and after that how to assign port groups and vmkernel ports on it.

Hello, the default value is 4 Uplinks per vDS, but you can change this value depending of the number of physical NIC you have in your host and how many of them you want put in this vDS. About create multiple different vDS, again, it's depending of how many vmnics you have in your ESXi, but in many scenarios we create just only one vDS with multiple Port Groups, with each port group to a different type of traffic.
