Combine OS X trash and Windows Recycle Bin

I would like the OS X trash folder to be integrated with the Windows recycle bin in my Windows VM. Parallels does this automatically and I got used to it and found it convenient. There was only one trash bin, accessible from and used by both OSs. Is there a way to do it in Fusion?

While it certainly sounds interesting I'm wondering how this would work for people who run more as one guest OS at the same time (eg. I have usually 4 guests running)

Thanks Wil. At the moment I cannot file a feature request because I don't have an account. I am running a 30-day trial copy of Fusion. Nice to know VMware has an official mechanism for feature requests.
