I have a Version 3.0.0-3021606 instance of log insight. On the interactive analytics tab, I have a 7 day query that returns some events that I would like to export. When I try to export feature it returns a blank log-insight-event-results text file. Any tips?
Hmm -- can you share the exact query? Other thing to check is /storage/var/loginsight/runtime.log for errors.

The results returns the past 7 days a small number of events.
This is going to require reviewing logs and asking questions that would be best avoided in a public forum. Can you open a case with VMware Global Support Services and provide a log bundle from each cluster member?
