I have a connection issue when try to launch a view desktop (2K8R2 VDI pool) the session disappear.
Configure all settings for View server and try to launch the session, the session will display as a black screen and then disconnect. i don't know if it's my environment issues. anyone can help me verify it.
environment details:
View server: FR2012R2 + View 6.1 GA
Agent: FR2K8R2 + View 6.1GA
Client: View Client 3.5
Check the firewall to see if TCP/UDP 4172 is open. Sometimes people miss opening UDP.
