Or does anyone have experience with these in general? How difficult is the end exam to pass so that I get credit for example? Also, do you like the on demand self paced courses? It's nice to spread it out but it's hard to know what to focus on and tough without an instructor to ask ideas and bounce things off of. My company didn't want to pay to send me somewhere and didn't want me gone for a whole week before a big project. I guess it's better than nothing as long as I pass the final test on the course so I get credit and eventually get my VCP
