ver 6.0 vcenter operation manager called as vrealize operation manager(vrops) i would suggest you to go for vsphere with operation manager where you get esxi license + vrops license.  if you buy esxi and vrops seperately, it would cost u more than  vsphere with operation manager scheme.

if u are planning for cloud suite in near future, then vrops will be covered under cloud suite. for more info contact ur region vmware licensing team

vSphere with Operations Management Ent Pus includes what is below on a per CPU basis:

VMware ESXi
VMware vCenter Server
VMware vSphere Replication
VMware vSphere Data Protection
VMware vSphere Big Data Extensions
VMware vRealize Orchestrator Appliance
VMware vRealize Operations Manager

If you plan on using other vRealize based products, like Automation, look at the vCloud Suite instead

VMware ESXi

VMware vCenter Server

VMware vSphere Replication

VMware vSphere Data Protection

VMware vSphere Big Data Extensions

VMware vCenter Site Recovery Manager

VMware vRealize Business for vSphere

VMware vRealize Automation

VMware vRealize Automation Application Services

VMware vRealize Orchestrator Appliance

VMware vRealize Operations Manager

VMware vRealize Hyperic

VMware vRealize Configuration Manager

VMware vRealize Infrastructure Navigator
