We are using vmware view horizon 6.0.1 & getting error " The connection to the remote computer ended" while trying to connect desktop pool. I was going through one vmware community discussion with same error & I have done all the settings provided on that solution but still I am facing that issue. Below error is attached FYR. Kindly help on this.

Can you open a SR?  Logs would be needed to troubleshoot the issue and the best avenue to deliver them is through the SR process.

Reported issue has been resolved. I need to open port 4172 tcp & udp both on my firewall & some changes on connection server's settings.

do you know what connection server settings you had to enable? I think we have the ports open already.

fro PCOIP be sure 4172 TCP and most important UDP is opened in both directions

and if you use horizon 7 i would recommend to go fro Blast protocol
