Physical Host Unable to Communicate with VMs

Hi folks!

I'm using VMWare Workstation v11 and below is my network diagram. All systems exist as virtual machines on the physical host NAS @ 10.0.0.9 running Win Server 2012 R2, and they are all bridged. I am unable, however, to communicate from the physical host to any of the virtual machines.

I do have the two available NICs on the physical system teamed up, if that deserves any attention.

I statically assigned IP/Subnet/DNS on the physical system to no improvement. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

I disabled IPv6 TCP/IP adapters on all systems

The physical host is able to communicate with those systems on the WAN segment identified on the diagram

Your virtualized DHCP server is working and assign IP address to virtual machines ? Sorry for that, but I ask this, because sometimes the DHCP server is not working even with virtual machine due the fact people forget authorize the DHCP server.

The Virtualized DHCP Server was successful in assigning an IP address to another Virtual Machine running the same OS, yes.

Thank you for stopping by and chiming in Richardson!

Were you able to resolve your problem?  Please share if you have...

I found a post where Speed & Duplex for the NIC on the host and guests weren't the same, prevented the Host/Guests to fail communications - Did you (or do you have the option) try matching your Host NIC Speed & Duplex (on your NIC Teaming interface) with the Guests?

I have HP Proliant host system, configured NIC Teaming,  speed is 2 Gbps Full dup (two physical nics @ 1 Gbps full dup each).

I've tried adding another nic interface to my guest and teamed them, match speeds and doesn't help.
