Unable to create Host virtual adapter in Windows 10

Hi,

I 've upgraded Windows 10 from windows 8.1 with Vmware Workstation 11 installed yet. After upgrading, all host virtual adapter still remained, but after I reinstall Vmware, I can not add any host virtual adapter, so I can not connect to my VM.

I've tried uninstall, repair, restore default, upgrade to  VMware workstation ver 12, but the issue can not be fixed.

I install Vmware 12 in a new Windows 10 machine which have not install Vmware before, everything is OK, I can add Host virtual adapter easily, so I think If i format and reinstall Windows, issues will be fixed.

But I don't want to do this because of wasting time to set up software and enviroment.

Can you suggest me any solution to this issue without reinstalling OS??

Solved!!!!

After uninstalling Kaspersky Internet Security, I can install Host Virtual Adapter.

I realize if I install KIS first, after that install Vmware, it is unable to install Vmware virtual network driver which causes break host virtual adapter. I think it is a KIS's bug maybe. I'm using KIS version 15.0.2.361

So you'd better install Vmware before KIS.
