Not network connection Windows 10 guest VMWare Workstation 11

Hello,

anyone (for instance the VMWare Team) know the reason for no network

connection in a windows 10 guest on VMWare Worstation 11 ?

The guest is bridged, like all other guests, but only this guest can't access internet.

What i already did:

- reinstall tools

- uninstall/install network adapter

- uninstall antivirus

No help.

Simply have no network connection.

I like again to mention that i paid EUR 120 for an upgrade from 10 to 11, because VMWS claimed to be windows 10 ready.

Meanwhile i put hours into get Windows 10 guest running properly. No success.

What is the host os? did you upgrade host os to win10? Can you try 'restore to default' from VNE?

Had the same problem in Workstation 10 / Windows 10 (32bit).

Adding the line:

ethernet0.virtualDev = "e1000e"

in the VM's vmx file solved the problem for me.
