Using Workstation 10, I have a Windows 7 64bit virtual machine and when it comes to Windows Updates it doesn't download them.
I've left it running for a good 5 minutes, at least, but the download progress is still at 0%. From what I can remember the file being downloaded/updated is approx. 50Mb.
I'm using the same Windows version on the host and that updates without any issue.
The Network Adapter on the guest is set to NAT and I can surf (and download from) the internet without any problems.
Any help, please?
Thanks

Hi Sconly,
1. please wait, i know situations, when Windows shows 0% progress, but it works on updates... wait for 10/20mins and reboot it and check Windows update history.
2. Try to set up your network adapter to bridged
2. you can Stop Windows Update service and empty C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution folder - may this easy fix solve this issue
