Is there any way we can change which view users see by default when opening up the Items and catalog panes in the vRA portal?
Our vRA implementation is not intended to service individual developers or end-users, but rather business areas and applications by role. So we have many Ops guys who have access to multiple business groups and will be managing IaaS entities owned by their area of expertise, and not necessarily provisioned by - or for - themselves.
This collides a bit with the way vRA assigns a named user as the owner of an entity, and the default view being "owned by ME" in the portals.
Ideally we would like to organize our inventory by vertical - eg application or system - but at the very least it would be nice if we could change the default view to be owned by <BG> for all or specific users.
Is there any way to change this behaviour?
