I open bb simulator using vmware

Then on controller , in auto detect it gives me for hours discovering... when i give the ip manually i get this

basically connecting to..and hours staying like that
In my momentics..when i auto detect i get this

And when I give the ip manually and try to connect i get this

Why am I not able to have this working? why cant controller or momentics detect simulator?
When I try nat method, i get the ip but not able to connect
when i try bridge method, i get in simulator for hours getting ip...
and it doesnt return back any ip.
