I have a user that is using View 5.2 in the Chrome browser instead of the client. He's using this on a laptop. He could be working, or doing nothing and randomly the session disconnects. When he tries to go back into it he gets an error that says the display protocol is unavailable. I've been trying to recreate the problem but have failed to do so. I came up to his office and the disconnect happened with me standing there. We had to log out of the desktop from Chrome and wait a couple minutes to go back in to get a new desktop. He is on wireless, but I've ruled out connection issues. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?
